Insanity- Day 10!
Plyometric Cardio Circuit!! Didn’t take as many breaks as I did the 1st or even 2nd time I did this workout! In fact, I only did during Ski Abs and the 2nd set of In & Outs (both of which I consider to be Suicide related even though there’s no jumping back up >.>) Only 2 breaks! I almost died, but it was a good kind of dying… O.o 10 days down, 53 more to go!! :)
