Insanity- Day 41, 42, 43!!!
Friday: Max Interval Plyo
Saturday: Rest Day…But I don’t know the meaning of those words, SO…Max Interval Sports Training.
Today: Max Cardio and Conditioning.
These workouts are crazy! I feel like I’m back in month 1 week 1! But I’m in week 2 of these workouts, so hopefully I’ll get better!
