Insanity- Day 41, 42, 43!!!
Friday: Max Interval Plyo Saturday: Rest Day…But I don’t know the meaning of those words, SO…Max Interval Sports Training. Today: Max Cardio and Conditioning. These workouts are crazy! I feel like I’m back in month 1 week 1! But I’m in week 2 of these workouts, so hopefully I’ll get better!

Tuesday- Max Cardio Conditioning(Brutal) Wednesday- Max Recovery (…believe it or not…it was hard!) Today- Max Interval Circuit(ughhhhh Dx) I’m so sore. It’s awesome! :)

Hello there! Today was Max Interval Plyo! If you remember…I absolutely could not stand the plyo last month. I was ready for just a more intense and sucky version of that, but it wasn’t bad! Lol sorry again. I’ve been super busy…Dont take 4 AP classes 2nd semester of senior year… But it’s recovery week so Core Cardio and Balance plus some pilates. Tomorrow I start month 2! Can’t wait!
Insanity- Day 31 & 32!!
Still recovery week….so Core Cardio and Balance and pilates yesterday, same today except no pilates. Month 2 will be brutal…I finally got around to previewing my 1st day…Max Interval Circuit (plus fit test) which I start Sunday. It is insane and I may die….

Insanity- Day 29!!!!!!!!! Recovery Week!
Recovery week means Core Cardio and Balance all week. It’s actually a pretty good workout. Obviously not as intense as everything else, but still makes you sweat!
