I fucking hate Plyo. If you remember my rant about suicides, You know I’m not the fondest to them. Any workout that starts with suicides I’m not going to like. Fucking Plyo. >:p Lol It was a good workout though!
Insanity- Day 23!!!
Hello all! Today was a Cardio Power and Resistance day! I think this is my favorite workout of the 1st month…it’s probably because the “warm up” is different than the other work outs (they all have the same “warm up”). You just get tired of doing jog, jumping jacks, heismans, 1-2-3 heismans, butt kicks, high knees, and mummy kicks repeated 3 times every day! :P
